Our date night started at Barrio Queen. We were seated at an outdoor table right away. A couple of margaritas started off the night, as we poured over the menu. The options looked so appetizing. First course, we wanted to try the guacamole, and the corn. Next up, we sampled a few tacos, before giving in, and attempting to eat an actual entrée.
I don’t know where to begin. Everything was delicious.
The guacamole was a real treat. Imagine our surprise when we notice the pomegranate seeds. Believe it or not, scrumptious. Pomegranate seeds in guac. Amazing.
We started off by ordering three tacos to share. By the time we were moving on to the entrée round, I believe we had finished off a total of 9. Whoops. There was not a crumb left.
Next were the entrées, which were equally appetizing. We couldn’t even come close to finishing them after our first course(s), but a real attempt was made.
Five stars from us. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we encounter from now on- In fact, we already have!
